How it works

One journey. Everyone on the same system.

Whether you're an owner, a property manager or a professional, every job follows the same path. We explain it once — in full.

The full journey

From "something's wrong" to a verified record.

The same flow applies to a €200 repair and a €500,000 project. The steps never change — only the scale.

Diagram: property owner → request → AI-assisted communication → qualified contractor → quote and approval → work → payment → verified record

Both sides of a job see the same record at every stage — no forwarding, no asking "what happened?".

Step by step

What actually happens at each step.

1 · Describe

The owner describes what needs to be done in plain words, with photos. No technical terminology required — AI helps turn it into a clear brief.

2 · Match

Qualified local professionals are matched by trade, location and availability. The owner reviews a shortlist — never a wall of anonymous offers.

3 · Agree

The professional submits a quote with scope, materials and labour. The owner approves — or requests a change. Nothing happens before approval.

4 · Work

Progress is logged with photos and notes. Any change during the job becomes a documented change order — approved before it's billed.

5 · Pay

Payment is processed securely through the platform against approved, completed work. The professional gets paid; everyone gets a record.

6 · Record

The job becomes part of a verified history — for the property, the professional and the company. Trust that compounds with every job.

Questions

Straight answers.

Is it really free?
Yes. Owners, property managers and contractors never pay to use the platform. We earn a small fee on payments processed through it — aligned with successful work, not with access to the network. More on why it's free →
What if I don't speak the local language?
AI-assisted communication turns requests, quotes and approvals into clear, structured messages — across languages. It's not machine-perfect translation, but it's enough to define work, agree on price and keep a record both sides understand.
How are contractors verified?
We verify identity and check professional details, and every job completed through the platform adds to a verified work history. Verification grows with real transaction evidence — we don't claim guarantees we can't back up.
What happens if the job changes mid-way?
Any change is raised as a change order: what changed, why, and what it costs. The owner approves it before additional work is billed. No surprises at the end of the job.
When does the contractor get paid?
After the work is completed and approved, payment is released through the platform. Both sides receive a clear transaction record — no chasing invoices through messages.
Where does the platform launch?
Greece first — where many owners live abroad and rely on local professionals. The system is designed to work internationally from day one.
